To help maintain the appearance and quality of our properties, we will be conducting routine herbicide applications to control weeds throughout the properties. Spraying will take place periodically from April through October, weather permitting. Areas that have been treated will be clearly marked with a white flag, including the date of application. The herbicide requires approximately one hour to dry, once dry, the treated areas are safe for normal use. We appreciate your cooperation in avoiding flagged areas until they have fully dried. These treatments are an important part of keeping our community clean and well-maintained.
